1. BASICS OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND INVESTMENTS (ONLINE AND OFFLINE):

One will learn the basic rules of investment. The various Investment avenues available and how they can be chosen, Understanding Risk Vs Reward. They will also learn the basics of Financial planning, Steps in Financial planning and the Basics of Retirement planning.

2. ENTREPRENEURSHIP - PLANNING AND EXECUTION (ONLINE AND OFFLINE):

The student will learn how they can move from an Idea stage to a Business plan and Fund raising stage. Students will learn how to channelise their Business Idea, they will also learn how to Build a Financial Business plan, Project future cash flows, Determine the valuation of the business, determine the best suited capital structure and how they could tap various avenues and platforms for Fundraising.

3. INTRODUCTION TO INVESTMENT BANKING (ONLINE AND OFFLINE):

The main objective of the course is to provide students with the necessary concepts and tools used in investment banking. This course will provide an introduction and general understanding of investment banking activities and the financial analysis required to value, negotiate and successfully close transactions.

Other learning objectives include analysis, valuation and decision making in M&A deals. The course will also touch upon corporate governance, ethics and legal considerations that are related to the field of Investment Banking.
